Therapeutic massage includes individual assessment and a massage treatment that utilizes wide-ranging massage techniques, joint mobilizations and hydrotherapy. Following treatment, a remedial exercise program and home-care is prescribed to aid in rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Acupuncture

Justice uses a combination of techniques that are catered to each individual client. Much of his work focuses on, but is not limited to, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, joint play & assessment and myofascial release. Justice has a deep passion for sports massage and is committed to continuing his education by maintaining and advancing his knowledge in the field.

Justice strongly believes that incorporating movement in your life and being active is necessary in maintaining good health and preventing injury. During the summer you can find him outside playing soccer and in the winter months you will find him up at the hills snowboarding. Kalie is a recent graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT). Although my roots are in the lower mainland, I made the move to the beautiful Okanagan in 2020 while continuing my work in the field of aviation.

My professional journey has been shaped by my dedication to healthcare and well-being, culminating in the successful completion of the Massage Therapy program at OVCMT. I am passionate about the transformative power of massage in promoting physical and mental wellness. I plan to continue my studies through continuing education courses with a preferred area of focus in women’s studies.

Caitlin is a graduate from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. Her fascination with human anatomy and passion for helping to make a difference in others lives is what lead her to pursue a career in massage therapy. Coming from a family of health care practitioners, she realized early on the importance of physical and mental wellbeing.

Caitlin’s goal is to provide a thorough assessment in order to create a treatment plan best individually suited for each client to help them reach their health and healing goals, whether it be injury rehab, stress or pain reduction, or maintain health. She understands that every body is different and uses a variety of techniques to achieve successful results. Cori is a current student at First College with her board exams in March 2025. She grew up with a life revolved around sports leading her to start her career path teaching kids essential sport skills. Having experienced many sports injuries, including concussions and also having a couple surgeries, she deeply believes in the benefits of massage therapy. She also holds a personal training certificate, showcasing her commitment to fitness. Cori’s fascination with the musculoskeletal and nervous systems drives her passion for becoming an RMT. Laurie has been a board certified acupuncturist for 10 years. She specializes in orthopedic needling and fire cupping and has done extensive training in myofascial release. She is also passionate about holistic nutrition and mental health and is NADA certified (auricular acupuncture for mental health). Scott has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 10 years. Before becoming a full-time massage therapist Scott accumulated an extensive background in physical rehabilitation and fitness.

Scott was formerly the certified athletic therapist and strength and conditioning coach for Cricket Canada, and traveled with the men’s national team to many international tournaments and events.

Scott has also worked with hundreds of fitness clients with a focus on educating each individual to move better and get stronger.

Scott completed his therapy education in Ontario, before moving to Kelowna in 2018.

Scott obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Western University. He then went on to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Science at Sheridan College, as well as the massage therapy program at the Ontario College of Health and Technology. Scott has also completed a Masters Degree in Exercise Science through Edith Cowan University.

She has 25 years of experience working with all ages, from infancy through adulthood, including pregnancy and post-pregnancy. Her work experience includes treating injuries from motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, work injuries(no WCB), acute, chronic pain, treatments for headaches, concussion, post surgery recovery, muscle strains and sprains.

Caroline is inspired to help others heal and recover from acute and chronic pain, whiplash, sinus problems, muscle strains, and back and neck pain.

Caroline is trained to perform treatments in Deep Tissue Massage, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Kinesiotaping, Craniosacral Therapy and Brain Therapy. And she is a member of the International Association of Health Care Practitioners.

Sarah is currently finishing up her second year as a student at First College Kelowna. She will be writing her board exams this March 2025.

Sarah has always had an interest in becoming a Massage Therapist but waited until later in life as being a mother became first priority. She has an interest in nervous system regulation, trauma therapy and somatic exercise and will be pursuing teachings to help her best provide this type of treatment approach to her clients. She will be taking craniosacral therapy in the winter and looks forward to being able to offer this in the New Year.
